No state or person would claim that
every human that they came across during any conflict was evil, or destined to
be a soldier. The majority of the inhabitants of a conflict zone may have
nothing to do with the war and no desire to become involved.
Militants against Militants.
Leaders against Leaders.
And Humanity against Humanity.
Leaders against Leaders.
And Humanity against Humanity.
Isn’t that what war is all about?
There needs to be a victorious and a losing side, no matter how many numbers we
lose. But in the end, it’s humans who perish. What kind of a conclusion is war?
The fact that after becoming a mass murderer of thousands of foreigners, we are
or were victorious? All it does is break up families, often end up creating
thousands of civilian orphans. After all, how much a percentage of the warring
areas are the militant population anyway?
In the end, we must remember that the
solution we all strive to seek is not victory by humans over humans. It’s the
fact that we do not forget and lose our humanity in the end.
