You can't stay in one place forever.

The only constant in life is change,

and the only thing you can depend on is that you can't fully depend on anything.

But that doesn't have to be a bad thing.

You can do what pessimists do,

and make everything harder for yourself by clinging to your old ways and making yourself settle for something less than you deserve, 

because it is comfortable and that is what you've always done.

Or you can take risks and fight for what you want.

It is not enough to merely exist;

you need to live.

Yes, you've made bad decisions.

And yes, you will crack in some ways again.

You will have bad days along with the good.

Yet more things will change,

and you will have to give more things up.

But you will put yourself back together again.
